Terms & Conditions
- Makeup application may take up to 60mins.
- Lashes are not included in the makeup services but it can be added on for NZD 10/pair.
- Simple haristyles may take up to 45mins. Whereas, Updos may take up to 70mins.
- Hair accessories or fresh flowers available upon request (surcharge applies).
- Bridal trial is highly recommended. It would be best to book it in 6 weeks prior to the wedding. Each session may take up to 1.5 hours.
- The bride will receive a set of lip shade, setting powder and an applicator.
- Aarviana Beauty is not liable for any allergies or skin irritations.
- Mobile Services are available upon request.
- When providing services at a client’s preferred location, the artist will require a table with adequate natural lighting and a power source located near the table.
- When providing services at a client’s preferred location, the client must ensure that the artist have a clean and safe space to work in, that is also free from any disruptions and interferences. The artist reserves the right to refuse service if the conditions are not satisfactory.
- If the client is not satisfied with the services provided, the client must inform the artist during the session and allow the artist to remedy the situation. After the session, Aarviana Beauty cannot be held liable for unspoken dissatisfaction.
- With the consent of the client, services provided may be used as marketing materials for the Aarviana Beauty website and official social media platforms.
- All personal information provided by the clients are for the sole used of Aarviana Beauty. These information will not be shared with other parties.
- To make a booking, the client must submit an enquiry through our official contact information.
- Prior to confirming the client’s booking, the artist will need to confirm the following information: the date of the booking, the time of the booking, the location of the booking, the client’s contact information, the number of clients and the services that the client requires.
- A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full on the date of the booking.
- Once all of the booking terms have been met, the client will receive a confirmation email. By booking our services, you have read and agreed to all the terms and conditions.
- After 6.30 pm, there will be a NZD 30 after-hours fee.
- Bookings that falls on a public holiday will be subject to a 10% surcharge.
- Tolls and parking fees may apply. Travel charges are NZD 0.65/km.
- The artist will try to accommodate any booking changes to the best of their ability. This includes (but is not limited to): the date of the booking, the time of the booking, the location of the booking, the number of clients and the services that the client requires.
- In the event that the client cancels a confirmed booking, the 20% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
- In the event that the artist refuse services to the client due to unsatisfactory working environement, the 20% non-refundable deposit will be forfeited.
- In the unlikely event that the artist has to cancel a confirmed booking due to unforseen circumstances and the artist cannot provide a replacement to the affected services, a full refund will be provided to the client.
- The artist reserves the right to terminate all services without a refund if the client is disrespectful, rude, uncooperative or engage in inappropriate beahavious towards the artist.
